Voluntary Products

An employer can offer several voluntary products to their employees expanding on the core benefit package. These can be offered at no direct cost to the employer and at a savings to the employee since the rates are discounted.

Products that can be offered are:

• Supplemental Life Insurance (Employee and dependents)

• Dental
• Long Term Care
• Vision Plan

Some of these can be offered with premiums being paid on a pre-tax basis making these even more affordable.
